Mentoring Program

 Queens Reaching Queens Mentoring Program is dedicated to cultivating

 intergenerational Sisterhood amongst Black Women and Girls. 

 

Based on the principle of 

​

​

 

 

 

 

 

- we promote and protect the sanctity and sacredness of Black Femme Affinity spaces

- imploring our girls to remember that we are stronger as one unit than many separate entities

- creating a space for  humility and vulnerability for Black Women to share best practices for Blackgirlhood.

 

We welcome you to apply today to become a mentor or a mentee! Once accepted mentees and mentors will be matched according to interest, location, and availability. 

Members of the QRQ Program receive a newsletter with updates and events.

Dont worry!  ALL of our Mentor Queens will receive training regarding:

 

-Mentor DOs and DONTs 

-Adultism 101

-Trauma Informed Care

-Mandatory Reporting

-Communication

You will also be joining a network of TRIBE Fam and other Mentor Queens that will support you and your mentee every step of the way!
